Discussion: The Secure Self

The Clinton & Sibcy text discusses 5 characteristics of the secure self.  Use the text/Bible to create a thread.

Thread: Identify and briefly explain each of the 5 characteristics.  Discuss how one would go about attaining these characteristics using pertinent examples and support from the text.  Do not merely define the terms, but write a thoughtful analysis of how the material can be applied.
