Identify skill: Breast Exam:  I will perform a complete breast examination on three patients to attain a score of 2-3 on the preceptor evaluation by August 2nd, 2021.

Identify procedure: Pelvic Exam: I will perform a speculum exam on three patients following the appropriate guidelines to achieve a score of 2-3 on the preceptor evaluation form by August 2nd, 2021.

Identify area of expertise for patient education: Pap Smear: I will provide reproductive education about the importance of pap smear to three patients between 21 and 65 years to get a score of 2-3 on the preceptor evaluation form by August 2nd, 2021.
