discussion: COVID-19 recovery (?!) and inequality

Keep in mind that the article considers recovery from the public health crisis, which is important to start doing, but which is also difficult since the crisis itself is far from over. When you look at the different sectors they identify as being hit harder or recovering more slowly, are there any that surprise you? Are there any sectors they did not cover that would help us craft policy for further recovery? How so?
