This week for your assignment you will do the Raisin Meditation


for 3 days in a row. Ideally you will do it in the morning to start your day in a mindful way that can carry on throughout the rest of the day. If that is not possible find a time that you can concentrate with no distractions and really take the time to complete the exercise.
